Return Policy

If you are a consumer and agreed the contract away from our premises, you may cancel within 14 days of agreeing it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected] before the 14 days are up.

If you asked us to start within the cancellation period, you must pay for the work done and the materials used up to the point you tell us you are cancelling.

Goods bought through this website may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Tell us first at [email protected], then return them to London, United Kingdom. We refund within 14 days of receiving them.

Made-to-measure and custom-ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty, because they cannot be resold. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.

If something arrives faulty or is not as described, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the cost of returning it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in this policy.
